1.2. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1.3. 3dhandmadestore reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes apply from the date they are published.
- Products
2.1. All Products are handmade or 3D-printed. Slight variations in color, size, material, or texture may occur and are not considered defects.
2.2. Product photos are for illustration purposes. Final items may differ slightly depending on materials, lighting, and printing conditions.
2.3. Some Products are fragile and should be handled with care.
2.4. Custom orders may require approval of design details before production begins.
- Orders & Processing Time
3.1. Orders can be placed through the 3dhandmadestore online platform by adding items to the cart and completing the checkout process.
3.2. After placing an order, customers will receive a confirmation email. If no confirmation is received, please contact customer support.
3.3. 3dhandmadestore reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders for any reason, including lack of materials, suspected fraud, or system errors.
3.4. Typical processing time is 1–5 business days, depending on the item.
3.5. Large or custom orders may require additional time; customers will be notified by email.
3.6. Orders begin processing once payment is successfully received.
- Prices & Payments
4.1. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and exclude taxes.
4.2. Sale TAX is added automatically at checkout (8.75%).
4.3. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
4.4. Accepted payment methods include Venmo, PayPal and Credit Cards.
4.5. Prices may change at any time, but changes do not apply to already confirmed orders.
- Shipping Policy
4.1. We currently ship within the United States and Canada (international shipping will be added later).
4.2. Standard shipping carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
4.3. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
4.4 Once shipped, delivery times are controlled by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.
4.5. 3DHandmadeStore is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or weather.
- Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
5.1. Because all items are handmade or printed to order, returns are limited.
5.2. Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items.
5.3. Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
5.4. Exchanges are available only for defective/damaged items.
5.5. Order cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase.
5.6. After production begins, cancellations may not be possible.
5.7. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
– Custom-designed or personalized items
– Crochet items made to order
– Any used, altered, or damaged-by-customer item

6.1. 3D-printed items may contain small layer lines or minor texture variations due to the printing process.
6.2. Crochet items may vary slightly in size, shape, or color because they are handmade.
6.3. Colors may appear differently depending on screen or device settings.
6.4. All items undergo quality inspection before shipping
- Custom Orders
7.1. Custom 3D prints or crochet items are available upon request.
7.2. A deposit may be required depending on project complexity.
7.3. Once production of a custom order begins, payments are non-refundable.
7.4. Production time for custom items varies and will be communicated to customers
